Frequently Asked Questions
-
Is prior experience in canoes or kayaks necessary?
No prior experience is necessary. The canoes are double-padded and easy to maneuver. The guide explains the basic technique before going out on the water and accompanies the trip at all times. The activity is suitable for anyone in good general physical condition.
-
What does the gourmet lunch in the dome include?
Lunch is served in a dome-shaped shelter on the banks of the Lapataia River, within the National Park. It includes an appetizer, main course (stuffed chicken breast or similar), dessert, and beverages. The culinary experience is far superior to the mountain setting—this contrast is part of the tour's unique charm.
-

The Coastal Trail runs for approximately 8 km along the Beagle Channel, with a moderate level of difficulty.
