    Included in the Tour

The Valley of Tierra Mayor and the Emerald Lagoon

Ushuaia's longest trek starts in the Tierra Mayor Valley and passes by Laguna Esmeralda—a destination in itself. This is just the middle section of the route.

The Balconies — an exclusive mid-mountain panorama

A rock formation that serves as a natural viewpoint overlooking the valleys and the mountain range. Few trekkers reach this point. The view is worth the effort before reaching the summit.

The summit of the Albino's Eye — ice in all directions

The glacier covers the summit with crevasses, meltwater lagoons, and ancient ice formations. A twelve-hour trek culminates in a landscape unlike any other accessible point in Tierra del Fuego.

Which one suits you best?

If you're looking for the ultimate challenge and the most complete view of UshuaiaAlbino's Eye This is the option. 12 hours and approximately 14 km to reach the summit with 360° views: Mount Olivia, Cinco Hermanos, the Beagle Channel, and the city. Only for athletes in excellent physical condition, over 16 years of age.
If you have mountain experience but are looking for something less extreme → I chose Vinciguerra Glacier. You cross the Laguna de los Témpanos and reach ancient ice at 950 m. High difficulty but 4 hours less walking than the Ojo del Albino.
If you're looking for views of the Beagle Channel with a moderate level of demand → I chose Martial Glacier. 8-hour ascent to the base of the glacier with panoramic views of the city and the channel. Lunch included, accessible from age 14.
Whether you're traveling with family or it's your first trek in Ushuaia → I chose Emerald Lagoon. 9 km accessible from age 8 through peat bogs and lenga forests. Ushuaia's most popular trek, with lunch included.
